NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening.

Centene Corp (CNC): "I love health- care cost containment but I'll recommend Humana (HUM) which is even better."

Wal-Mart (WMT): "This stock is going to the moon. Any pullback and you have to buy it. "

Opko Health (OPK): "This company is not making any money but it's got a nice revenue ramp. That's why its speculative."

Cellcom Israel (CEL): "I think that dividend is dangerous. I'd rather see you in Verizon (VZ) or Vodafone Group (VOD) or even CenturyLink (CTL)"
