(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HBNK), which is the holding company for Hampden Bank (the “Bank”), announced today the completion of the Company’s fourth Stock Repurchase Program (the “Program”). The Program was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on December 22, 2010. A total of 339,170 shares, or approximately 5% of the Company’s then outstanding common shares were purchased at a total cost to the Company of approximately $4,411,000, or an average of $13.01 per share.
