China Housing To Host Annual General Meeting On November 21, 2011

XI'AN, China, Oct. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Housing & Land Development, Inc., ("China Housing" or the "Company," NASDAQ: CHLN) today announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 9:00 a.m. local time on November 21st, 2011 at the Company's office, located at F/4 Han Yuan, No.6 East Youyi Road, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province 710054, PRC.  The shareholder record date is October 5, 2011.

At the Annual Meeting, management will discuss the Company's accomplishments, financial performance and business operations.  Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about the Company and to meet certain directors and members of the management team.  Additionally, shareholders will be asked to elect seven individuals to the Company's Board of Directors, ratify the Company's independent registered public auditing firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2011, and transact other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
