Brown-Forman Names Interim Director Of Investor Relations

Brown-Forman (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) announced today that it has appointed Mark Stegeman to serve as interim director of investor relations for the company. Stegeman, who is assistant treasurer of Brown-Forman, previously served as treasurer for La-Z-Boy Incorporated and was responsible for investor relations prior to joining Brown-Forman. He will continue his duties as assistant treasurer in addition to serving as interim director of investor relations.

Stegeman’s interim appointment as director of investor relations follows the appointment of Ben Marmor, who previously served as director of investor relations, to director of national commercial analytics for Brown-Forman. The company is conducting an external search for a permanent head of investor relations and Stegeman will perform those duties until that search is completed.
