Conn's Partners With Creative Channel Services To Enhance Employee Knowledge

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Channel Services (CCS), a leading retail marketing agency, today announced that Conn's has joined its growing list of retail partners that leverage the agency's CyberScholar digital platform to increase retail associate knowledge of home appliance (HA) and consumer electronics (CE) products.

Conn's employees now have direct access to product information from multiple manufacturers through the CyberScholar @ Conn's site, which is available to employees via the internet or over the retailer's intranet system. As a key component of the Conn's learning program, CyberScholar will help keep salespeople up to date on the latest HA and CE products.
