Arcos Dorados Announces Filing Of Registration Statement For A Secondary Offering Of Class A Shares

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) ("Arcos Dorados") announced today the filing of a registration statement for a secondary offering of Class A shares.
