a leading manufacturer of specialized commercial vehicles, including truck bodies, shuttle buses, and armored vehicles, today announced that Ms. Kim Korth has been appointed by Supreme’s Board of Directors to the permanent position of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Korth, 56, has served as the interim President and CEO of the Company since February 1
of this year in order to provide Supreme’s Board of Directors with the time needed to select the person most capable of providing the leadership needed to return Supreme to its traditional position of profitability and growth.
Herbert M. Gardner, Chairman of the Board of Supreme, said: “During her term with Supreme as interim President and CEO, Ms. Korth has shown strong and effective leadership as demonstrated by significantly strengthening the executive team, taking an aggressive approach in reducing costs and successfully completing a $45 million financing with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC. Supreme has provided Ms. Korth with an Employment Agreement through December 31, 2014.”
Previously, Ms. Korth served as President, and is the owner, of IRN, Inc., a consulting firm in the vehicle and transportation industry. Ms. Korth earned a B.A. from Western Michigan University in 1977 and an M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1980.
