RADCOM provides service assurance solutions for the latest telecommunication technologies, including both wireless and wireline. RADCOM's Omni-Q solution will also be presented at the convention by one of RADCOM's satisfied customers, Illinois Valley Cellular (IVC), a North American operator that has successfully deployed RADCOM's Service Assurance system to monitor and troubleshoot their CDMA 1X/EVDO network.
Illinois Valley Cellular is devoted to providing excellent cellular service to the people of North Central Illinois, and is a member of the Rural Cellular Association (RCA) and of the Associated Carrier Group. In order to make sure that their network is functioning well, and to provide a high level of service to their customers, they selected RADCOM's Service Assurance system from the market's available solutions. Using RADCOM's system, they have both an overview of any potential issues on their network, as well as the ability to drill down to any problematic areas identified.
