Amazon Adds Sling Founder to Board

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Amazon (AMZN) announced on Thursday that it added a former Sling Media chief and co-founder to its board of directors.
Blake G. Krikorian's appointment brings the e-commerce giant's board to nine members. Krikorian co-founded Sling, which made TV-streaming products and was sold to EchoStar in 2007. Most recently, he co-founded id8 Group Holdings, a technology consulting and incubation firm.
