NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- U.S. regulators rejected NuPathe's (PATH) migraine patch Zelrix, the company said.

Shares were plummeting 53.3% to $1.89 in premarket trading Tuesday.






Flat panel display materials and technologies developer Universal Display (PANL) said it has entered a technology license agreement with Panasonic Idemitsu OLED Lighting Co. , a joint venture between Panasonic Electric Works and Idemitsu Kosan.

Universal Display shares were climbing 11.3% to $57.






Discount retailer Dollar General (DG) reported second-quarter adjusted earnings 52 cents a share, compared with the average analyst expectation of 48 cents a share.

Shares were spiking 4.2% to $35.20.






Jacksonville, Fla.-based supermarket operator Winn-Dixie Stores (WINN) forecasted adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of $120 million to $135 million with same-store sales seen rising 2.5% to 3.5% for fiscal 2012 after topping Wall Street's profit expectations for its fiscal fourth-quarter results as same-store sales rose 3.2%.






Australian mining company Macarthur Coal has yielded to a sweetened 4.83 billion Australian dollar ($5.12 billion) offer from coal company Peabody Energy (BTU) and steel producer ArcelorMittal (MT).

ArcelorMittal shares were down 1.9% to $20.72.






Offshore contract drilling services company Transocean (RIG) has been downgraded to neutral from outperform by Macquarie. Shares were sliding 1.6% to $54.23.






1-800-Flowers.com (FLWS) posted breakeven fourth-quarter earnings per share vs. the Wall Street consensus target of a penny a share.






Drew Industries (DW), a leading parts supplier for recreational vehicles homes, said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kinro, bought windows manufacturer Starquest Products for $22.6 million.






Independent oil and gas company Clayton Williams Energy (CWEI) now plans to spend $385 million on exploration and development activities in fiscal 2011, a reduction of $54 million from previous estimates. The company has also lowered its oil and gas production expectations for the remainder of the year.






CoreLogic (CLGX) has hired advisory firm Greenhill & Co. to help the real estate and financial information company explore strategic options, including a possible sale or merger, Reuters reported.
