Onstream Media Announces MarketPlace365® Services Agreement With ThinkGlobal Inc. To Create Online Virtual Marketplaces For International Business And Foreign Direct Investment

POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Onstream Media Corporation (NASDAQ: ONSM), a leading online service provider of live and on-demand corporate audio and web communications, virtual event technology and social media marketing, today announced that ThinkGlobal Inc., a print and online publishing company, specializing in B2B and higher education markets, has signed a MarketPlace365® services agreement to develop international, online trade and investment marketplaces in which U.S. exporters and local, state, regional and national Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) – along with related industry service providers – can reach potential buyers, distributors and international investors worldwide.

ThinkGlobal expects the new marketplaces to benefit from its worldwide network of importers and exporters as well as from EDOs throughout the U.S. that desire to attract foreign direct investment. In addition, ThinkGlobal's virtual marketplaces will strengthen its already robust webinar and online event presence by bringing videos, reference libraries and live chat capabilities to exporters, service providers, buyers and potential investors.
