Brocade (BRCD ) downgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Sell. $3.30 target. Consensus expectations remain too high.

Edwards Lifesciences (EW ) upgraded at Rodman from Underperform to Market Perform. $66 price target. Stock may be due to see some short covering.
