Hagens Berman Reminds Oregon Consumers About Optical Disc Drive Lawsuit

Stock quotes in this article:HIT, PHG, SNE

Hagens Berman today reminded Oregon consumers that it has filed a class-action lawsuit against the producers of optical disc drives (ODD) alleging that the companies illegally manipulated the prices of the drives.

According to the suit, these anticompetitive practices have caused consumers of a wide range of products including computers, video game consoles and CD, DVD and Blu-ray players to overpay for the devices.

Consumers in Oregon who own one or more of these devices are encouraged to contact the Hagens Berman legal team to discuss their legal options as part of a nationwide legal action against the ODD manufacturers, which include Sony (NYSE: SNE), Hitachi (NYSE: HIT) and Philips (NYSE: PHG).

Consumers interested in learning more can call (206)-623-7292 or can contact the firm by email at OregonODD@hbsslaw.com. More information is also available on the firm’s website at www.hbsslaw.com/OregonODD.
