To earn Gold Certification, PC Mall had to meet rigorous standards set forth by Cisco in networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction. Similarly, the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star is awarded to partners only after Cisco measures customer satisfaction levels for pre- and post-sales support over a rolling 12 month period. Partners that achieve outstanding customer satisfaction are awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star.
