Today the Company announces the death of long-term Board of Directors member, Eric G. Hodges.
Mr. Dan O’Brien, CEO, states, “Eric was a friend as well as a colleague. Everyone at FSI wishes to express their condolences to his family at this sad time. During the many years Mr. Hodges was a director, he also served on the audit committee and the compensation committee. His comparative knowledge of Canadian and US accounting was especially useful and we will miss him greatly.”
The Board will begin searching for a successor immediately and will make an announcement when a new director is selected.
