ADPT Corporation (Other OTC: ADPT.PK) announced today that it has acquired Baseball Heaven, a premier venue for amateur baseball in the Northeastern United States. Based in Yaphank, NY, Baseball Heaven has seven state-of-the-art turf fields for rental and use. Approximately 750,000 people visit Baseball Heaven on an annual basis.
