Recruitment Process Outsourcing Industry Leader Joins SourceRight Solutions

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SourceRight Solutions, a division of SFN Group, Inc. (NYSE: SFN), today announced that Hary Bottka has joined the company in the role of Senior Director, Global Solutions.  In this capacity, Bottka will be responsible for continuing the development of SourceRight Solutions' leadership position in both RPO and MSP solutions, into the Global arena.  

Bottka is well respected as a leading figure in the domestic and global talent acquisition industry and possesses extensive experience in leading and supporting large corporations and their senior HR leaders through complex, strategic transformations and outsourcing decisions.  Most recently, he was a Director in the HR Outsourcing Services Group at Technology Partners International (TPI). There, he advised corporate HR and Procurement organizations in the development of RPO and MSP outsourcing strategies.

Earlier in his career, he was a manager and senior consultant in the Human Capital Practice at Deloitte. In this role, he facilitated the development of HR Service Delivery models and process redesign for the implementation of HR Centers of Excellent and HR Business Partner roles.

Bottka will report to Ian Dawson, SourceRight Solutions' vice president of Global Solutions. Dawson commented, "Hary has earned the respect of providers and practitioners alike.
