Regency Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: RGNC) (“Regency” or the “Partnership”) announced today a cash distribution of 45 cents per outstanding common unit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011. The distribution will be paid on August 12, 2011, to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2011. This distribution is equivalent to $1.80 per outstanding common unit on an annual basis.
Under the terms of the Series A Preferred Units, a quarterly cash distribution of 44.5 cents per unit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, will be paid on the same schedule as set forth above.
Regency will hold a quarterly conference call to discuss second-quarter 2011 results on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
