The distribution will be paid on August 12, 2011 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 1, 2011.
Oxford also announced today that it will report second quarter 2011 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, August 4, 2011. A conference call to review the results is scheduled to follow at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
