Invesco Closed-End Funds Joint Annual Meeting Of Shareholders
HOUSTON, July 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Invesco California Insured Municipal Income Trust, (IIC), Invesco California Quality Municipal Securities (IQC), Invesco High Yield Investments Fund, Inc. (MSY), Invesco Insured California Municipal Securities (ICS), Invesco Insured Municipal Bond Trust (IMC), Invesco Insured Municipal Income Trust (IIM), Invesco Insured Municipal Securities (IMS), Invesco Insured Municipal Trust (IMT), Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust (OIA), Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust II (OIB), Invesco Municipal Income Opportunities Trust III (OIC), Invesco Municipal Premium Income Trust (PIA), Invesco New York Quality Municipal Securities (IQN), Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust (IQI) and Invesco Quality Municipal Securities (IQM) (the "Funds") held their joint annual meeting of shareholders. The matters considered at the annual meeting were the election of trustees.
At the meeting, common shareholders of ICS, IMS, MSY, OIA, and OIC elected the following Trustees/Directors:
David C. ArchBob R. Baker Frank S. Bayley Larry Soll Philip A. Taylor Wayne W. Whalen At the meeting, common and preferred shareholders of IIC, IQC, IMT, PIA, IQN, and IQM elected the following Trustees: David C. Arch Bob R. Baker Larry Soll Philip A. Taylor Wayne W. Whalen And preferred shareholders of IIC, IQC, IMT, PIA, IQN, and IQM elected the following Trustee: Frank S. Bayley The annual meeting of shareholders of IMC, IIM and IQI has been adjourned until August 4, 2011 at 3 p.m. CDT and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046 to provide these funds with additional time to solicit further shareholder votes.
