Amazon.com (AMZN) was initiated with a Neutral rating at Collins Stewart. $180 price target. Company can continue to gain market share, Collins Stewart said.

Ascena Retail (ASNA) was initiated with a Neutral rating at Goldman Sachs. $35 price target. Company lacks near-term catalysts, Ascena said.

American Axle & Manufacturing (AXL) was upgraded at Keybanc from Hold to Buy. $15 price target. Deceleration in second-half GHT900 production has likely been priced in, Keybanc said.

Cepheid (CPHD) was downgraded at Goldman Sachs from Buy to Neutral. $35 price target. Valuation call, as the stock has gained 40% since February, Goldman said.

Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) was initiated with a Hold rating at Brean Murray. Valuation call, Brean Murray said.

eBay (EBAY) was initiated with a Buy rating at Collins Stewart. $42 price target. Sales growth can accelerate, Collins Stewart said.

Google (GOOG) was initiated with a Buy rating at Collins Stewart. $680 price target. Company is leveraged to continued growth in global demand for online advertising, Collins Stewart said.

Informatica (INFA) was initiated with an Outperform rating at BMO Capital. $70 price target. Customer checks suggest that spending can continue over the next several quarters, BMO said.

Intuit (INTU) was downgraded at Morgan Stanley from Overweight to Equal-Weight. Valuation call, as the stock has gained 53% in the past 12 months, Morgan Stanley said.

Marathon Petroleum (MPC) was initiated with an Overweight rating at Barclays. Company is relatively inexpensive compared to other midcontinent refiners, Barclays said. $51 price target.

Netflix (NFLX) was downgraded at Merriman Capital from Buy to Neutral. The company is entering a period of tough year-over-year comps, Merriman said. Target valuation range of $300-330.

Rockwell Automation (ROK) was initiated with a Neutral rating at UBS. $93 price target. Strong growth prospects largely priced in, UBS said.

Tesoro (TSO) was upgraded at Barclays from Equal Weight to Overweight. Following its recent underperformance, the company now offers an attractive entry point, Barclays said. $37 price target.
