(NYSE: RCS), PCM Fund, Inc. (NYSE: PCM), PIMCO Income Strategy Fund (NYSE: PFL) and PIMCO Income Strategy Fund II (NYSE: PFN) (collectively, the “Funds”) announced today that they have declared the following dividends on the Funds’ common shares:

The dividends will be payable on August 1, 2011 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 7, 2011.
