HOUSTON, June 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Invesco Van Kampen Bond Fund (VBF), Invesco Van Kampen Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund (VTA), Invesco Van Kampen High Income Trust II (VLT), Invesco Van Kampen Municipal Opportunity Trust (VMO), Invesco Van Kampen Municipal Trust (VKQ), Invesco Van Kampen Ohio Quality Municipal Trust (VOQ), Invesco Van Kampen Senior Income Trust (VVR), Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Insured Municipals (VIM), Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM), Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade New Jersey Municipals (VTJ), Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals (VTN), Invesco Van Kampen Massachusetts Value Municipal Income Trust (VMV), Invesco Van Kampen Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI), Invesco Van Kampen California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV) and Invesco Van Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (VPV) (the "Funds") held their joint annual meeting of shareholders. The matters considered at the annual meeting were the election of trustees.

Sonnenschein The annual meeting of shareholders of VKI, VCV and VPV has been adjourned, with respect to the election of a Class III Trustee by preferred shareholders, until July 19, 2011 at 3 p.m. CDT and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046 to provide these funds with additional time to solicit further shareholder votes on the proposal to elect a Class III Trustee by preferred shareholders. Additionally, the annual meeting of shareholders of Invesco Van Kampen Select Sector Municipal Trust (VKL) has been adjourned until July 19, 2011 at 3 p.m. CDT and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046 to provide VKL with additional time to solicit further shareholder votes on the proposal to elect three Class II Trustees, two by common shareholders and one by preferred shareholders.
