Applied Minerals, Inc. (OTCBB: AMNL) (the “Company”) will hold its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 3 P.M. Eastern.
At the meeting, management of the Company will provide an update on the business and answer questions of shareholders. The meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt New York located at 109 East 42 nd Street, New York, N.Y.
