Transcat Named By Stahlwille As U.S. Factory Authorized Calibration And Repair Center

Transcat, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNS) (“Transcat”), a leading distributor of professional grade handheld test and measurement instruments and accredited provider of calibration, repair and weighing system services, announced today that the Company has been named by Stahlwille, world-renowned German manufacturer of handtools and specialist for torquing technology, as the only official U.S. Factory Authorized Calibration and Repair Center.

The Stahlwille-Transcat partnership will enrich the current torque capabilities of Transcat’s Calibration and Repair Services. As a Stahlwille Factory Authorized Calibration and Repair Center, Transcat will be better positioned to serve all its customers in the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Chemical, Utility/Energy and Manufacturing Industries, but also to expand its wind energy presence. Selecting Transcat expands Stahlwille’s U.S. footprint into additional markets and provides its customers with a domestic calibration and repair facility option.
