Alan Portela, a mHealth strategist and innovator, to its Board of Directors.
Additionally, Portela will serve as chairman of a newly formed Diversinet Executive Advisory Board.

Portela has been a leading force in the selection and deployment of electronic health records (EHRs) by the Military Health System and Veterans Health Administration.
