Citizens Holding Company (NASDAQ: CIZN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable June 30, 2011, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2011.
“Today I am announcing our second quarter 2011 dividend of $0.22 per share,” said Greg L. McKee, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This brings our total dividends for 2011 to $0.44, an increase of 4.8% over the dividends paid in the first half of 2010.”
