Solera National Bank, announced today it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Lakewood Country Club, 6800 West 10th Avenue,
Lakewood, CO 80214.
The matters to be voted on as set forth in Solera National Bancorp's Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on
April 26, 2011 are the election of 11 directors and the ratification of auditors.
