C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 29 cents ($0.29) per share , payable on July 1, 2011, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2011.
C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of May 12, 2011, there were approximately 165,568,000 shares outstanding. Founded in 1905, C.H.
