is one of the bank's City Cares community service award winners for 2011.
Phillips was nominated by her peers for her involvement in several organizations, most notably Carnegie Hall and the Lewisburg Downtown Business Association. As a City Cares winner, she requested that City National's
donation in her name be made fund scholarships for the Joyful Noise After School Enrichment Program, a state licensed after school program that provides homework help with a tutor, recreation, crafts and other enrichment programs for children in Kindergarten through the fifth grade.

. "She not only helps sponsor events but she actually rolls up her sleeves and gets involved in projects such as the distribution of food and Christmas gifts to families in need."
