Virginia Commerce Bank is proud to announce plans to open a customer service call center, which will be known as VCB Customer Care, during the second quarter of this year. The Bank is committed to providing exceptional service by promptly responding to client inquiries and meeting their financial needs. VCB Customer Care will provide direct contact for clients to access knowledgeable banking professionals, not an automated answering service. The center will be located in Manassas and will operate on a schedule similar to the Bank’s branches, open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

Customer Care Manager. A native of Northern Virginia, Ms. McAndrew brings more than 25 years of banking and call center experience at Wells Fargo/Wachovia.
