"Healthcare organizations often rely on fragmented and disparate systems with information that resides in silos, making secure collaboration and communication difficult," said Diversinet CEO
. "The Clinical Communicator gives time-challenged health professionals a tool to deliver the right information at the right time, making it faster and easier to communicate with patients and collaborate across the healthcare ecosystem."
Clinical Communicator will be available for trials in June. Diversinet will market the application through partnerships with large healthcare organizations, including providers and pharmaceutical companies. Clinical Communicator is also suitable for drug and clinical trials and for case and disease management. It is designed to help healthcare organizations fulfill Meaningful Use (MU) requirements.
