Listrak And 3DCart Join Efforts To Help ECommerce Merchants Reduce Shopping Cart Abandonment

3DCart, a leading shopping cart software provider, and Listrak, a leading email marketing solutions provider, today announced their partnership to provide 3DCart merchants with Listrak's automated Shopping Cart Abandonment Solution.

Shopping cart abandonment has risen to 71%, as reported by Forrester, translating into an $18 billion issue for online retailers. With 7 out of 10 carts being abandoned, it becomes imperative for online retailers to put a strategy in place to recoup that lost revenue.

Listrak's partnership with 3DCart provides a Shopping Cart Abandonment Solution that recaptures abandoners with automated email marketing campaigns to drive consumers to complete the sale. The solution incorporates dynamic merchandising to remind abandoners of the items left in the cart and prompts them to complete the transaction. Listrak's solution also provides the opportunity for retailers to do a series of messages, test offer and non offer messages, and incorporate product reviews to recover those lost sales.

"Our partnership with 3DCart enables us to provide merchants with an automated solution that is easily integrated with the platform and provides immediate impact to the merchants' bottom line by recouping lost revenue from abandoned carts," said Ross Kramer, Listrak CEO. "Our focus is on revenue and ROI; and this partnership enables us to provide that for 3DCart clients more easily," added Kramer.

"Listrak's shopping cart abandonment solution represents a valuable addition to the 3Dcart list of partners," said Gonzalo Gil, CEO of 3DCart. "By offering Listrak integration into the 3Dcart platform, we're able to bring over 10,000 eCommerce websites powered by 3Dcart a unique tool to grow their businesses. Our relationship with Listrak will benefit both our companies as well as the many merchants who are currently looking for a more powerful eCommerce solution combined with a shopping cart abandonment tool."
