(Pink Sheets:USRI) (Frankfurt:DXD), a scrap metals recycler servicing the automotive service center chain store industry with commercial customers throughout North America today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend of the Company's Common Stock to holders of record as of March 31, 2011 (the Record date) in which the Company will pay shareholders a stock dividend of 25% per share for each share owned on the Record date. The stock dividend will be paid on the payment date of April 15, 2011 to shareholders of record based on the number of shares the shareholder owns on the March 31, 2011 Record date. Further, the Company's officers, directors, principal shareholders and employees have waived participation in any such dividend payment at this time. Vincent J.
