ECA Marcellus Trust I Announces Filing Of Shelf Registration Statement On Form S-1
ECA MARCELLUS TRUST I (NYSE: ECT) The ECA Marcellus Trust I has filed a
Shelf Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission registering 3,480,800 common units of the Trust held
by Energy Corporation of America and an affiliate, which common units
were received in connection with the original public offering of the
Trust. The Shelf Registration Statement has been filed but is not yet
effective. Any securities offered under the Shelf Registration Statement
may not be sold, nor may offers to buy any securities be accepted, prior
to the time the Registration Statement becomes effective. This press
