(Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, announced today that Tracy Elving joined the firm as Partner. She will be part of the Industrial Practice and based out of Dallas, Texas. Elving comes to Heidrick & Struggles from 3P Excellence LLC where she served as president & chief executive officer partnering with Fortune 500 senior leaders, addressing both the people aspect of change as well as the business challenge. She focused on sound client counsel leading to a path of sustainable success.
