Cohen & Company Capital Markets, LLC Announces Additions To Its Investment Banking Team

Cohen & Company Capital Markets, LLC ("CCCM"), Institutional Financial Markets, Inc.'s registered broker-dealer subsidiary, is pleased to announce that Jason Diamond has joined CCCM as the Head of Equity Investment Banking and Director of Corporate Finance. Diamond and his team of seven investment banking professionals will specialize in providing financial advisory services, including equity and debt capital raising, mergers/acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. He will head CCCM's newly established Milwaukee, Wisconsin branch office.

Diamond has over 28 years of industry experience, primarily in investment banking and research. Most recently, he was a partner and head of investment banking at Capstone Investments. Prior to his role as head of investment banking, Diamond was responsible for developing and managing Capstone Investments’ equity research department.

Joining CCCM as part of Diamond’s team will be Managing Directors Mark Rubin and Dale Rudow. Rubin has over 23 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience and will be located in CCCM’s New York office. Prior to joining CCCM, he was a Senior Advisor and Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and Chanin Capital Partners. Rudow has over 13 years of industry experience, most recently with Capstone Investments and Robert W. Baird, and will be located in CCCM’s Milwaukee office.

The new team also includes investment bankers Nicholas Killebrew, Kyle Hansen, Christopher Thom and Ryan McGaver.
