Endurance Board Of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend Of $0.30 Per Ordinary Share, A 20% Increase In Its Ordinary Dividend And Quarterly Dividend Of $0.484375 Per Series A Preferred Share

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Feb. 23, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share and $0.484375 per 7.75% Non-Cumulative Preferred Share. The dividend on Endurance's outstanding ordinary shares represents a 20% increase over the dividend paid in the prior quarter and will be payable on March 31, 2011 to the ordinary shareholders of record on March 17, 2011. The dividend on Endurance's Series A Preferred Shares will be payable on March 15, 2011 to the Series A Preferred shareholders of record on March 1, 2011.
