CINCINNATI, Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- First Financial Bancorp (Nasdaq: FFBC) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2011.
