Smithfield Foods To Host Fiscal 2011 Third Quarter Conference Call March 10

SMITHFIELD, Va., Feb. 16, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Smithfield Foods, Inc. (NYSE:SFD) announced today that the company will release its fiscal 2011 third quarter financial results on Thursday, March 10, 2011.

The company will host a live conference call and audio webcast at 9:00 AM ET to discuss the results. Participants can access the call by dialing (800) 230-1096. The call will be webcast at http://investors.smithfieldfoods.com/events.cfm and will be archived at this location.
