(“ISS”) issued a report recommending that MCCC stockholders vote “FOR” the proposal to adopt the merger agreement with an entity created by Mediacom’s founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rocco B. Commisso, at the upcoming Special Meeting of Stockholders to be held on March 4, 2011.
