CSP Inc. Announces New Stock Repurchase Program
CSP Inc. (NASDAQ: CSPI), a provider of IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, yesterday reported that its Board of Directors has authorized a new stock repurchase program, which authorizes the Company to buy up to 250,000 shares of its Common Stock. Stock purchases under the program will be made from time-to-time at the discretion of management. CSP currently has approximately 99,000 shares authorized to repurchase under its previous stock repurchase program after it purchased 45,661 shares in the most recently reported first quarter of fiscal 2011.
