CONCORD, Mass., Feb. 8, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Technical Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:TCCO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable in cash on March 15, 2011 to all shareholders of record on March 1, 2011.
