BCB Bancorp, Inc., Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

BCB Bancorp, Inc., Bayonne, N.J. (NASDAQ: BCBP – NEWS), announced that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved a cash dividend of $0.12/share to shareholders of record as of February 7 ^th, 2011, payable on February 18, 2011. Donald Mindiak, President & CEO commented that, “the announcement and maintenance of our dividend at prior levels bespeaks the confidence that the Board of Directors has in management’s ability to successfully extract synergies of efficiencies from our most recent business combination transaction with Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc.
