RR Donnelley To Announce Fourth-Quarter 2010 Results And Host A Conference Call On February 22nd

CHICAGO, Jan. 31, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010 on Tuesday, February 22, before the market opens. On the same day, at 9:00am Central time, management will host a conference call to be broadcast simultaneously over the internet to review the company's results.
