Cabot Oil & Gas (COG) upgraded at Morgan Stanley from Underweight to Overweight, Morgan Stanley said. Valuation call, based on a $45 price target.

Rockwell Collins (COL) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral. Late cycle aero stock, Credit Suisse said. Price target boosted to $85 from $72.

Crane (CR) rated new Buy at UBS. $52 price target. Company has attractive late-cycle exposure.

Eaton (ETN) upgraded at Baird from Neutral to Outperform, Robert Baird said. $130 price target. Company should see increased spending over the coming quarters.

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) downgraded at Citigroup from Buy to Hold, Citigroup said. $118 price target. Estimates also lowered, as the company is facing higher costs.

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) numbers reduced at Goldman. Shares of FCX now seen reaching $127, according to Goldman Sachs. Estimates also cut, given lower volume guidance. Buy rating.

Heico (HEI) upgraded at FBR from Market Perform to Outperform, FBR Capital Markets said. $60 price target. Stock has pulled back over the past month and end-market data is improving.

Kennametal (KMT) downgraded at Barrington from Outperform to Market Perform, Barrington Research said. Valuation call.

Prologic (PLD)downgraded at Barclays to Equal Weight from Overweight as earnings growth potential is already priced into shares, Barclays said. Maintain $14 price target.

Shaw Group (SHAW) upgraded at Baird from Neutral to Outperform, Robert Baird said. $47 price target. Company is attractively valued and has strong exposure to the energy sector.

Silgan (SLGN) upgraded at Baird with an Outperform rating, Robert Baird said. $42 price target. Company should no longer trade at a discount to its peers.

Sonoco Products (SON) downgraded at Baird from Outperform to Neutral, Robert Baird said. Valuation call, based on a $38 price target.
