MILTON, Ga., Jan. 11, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Exide Technologies (Nasdaq:XIDE) ( www.exide.com), a global leader in stored electrical energy solutions, announced today the Company will host an investor day at the DoubleTree Hotel in Roswell, Georgia, on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to meet operating management and hear discussions on technology developments, operating and financial performance. Presentations will be followed by a tour of the Global Technology Center on Exide's campus in Milton, Georgia.
