Kaiser Aluminum Corporation Completes Purchase Of The Assets Of Alexco, LLC

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Jan. 3, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (Nasdaq:KALU) today announced it has completed the agreement, as announced October 13, 2010, to purchase substantially all the assets of Alexco, LLC, a manufacturer of hard alloy extrusions for the aerospace industry based in Chandler, Arizona. The purchase became effective on January 1, 2011.
