New York Mortgage Trust Declares Fourth Quarter 2010 Common Stock Dividend Of $0.18 Per Share
NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq:NYMT) ("NYMT" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared on December 20, 2010 a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2010. The dividend is payable on January 25, 2011 to common stockholders of record as of December 30, 2010.
In addition, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.50 per share on shares of its Series A Preferred Stock for the 2010 fourth quarter in accordance with the terms of the Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2010 to stockholders of record on December 30, 2010.
