BOSTON, Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held on December 13, 2010, the Boards of Trustees of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II (NYSE: EOS) and Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meetings of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about February 21, 2011 to shareholders of record on February 10, 2011. Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of three Class I Trustees of the Funds.
